I got into this work because I love creating events that really leave an impact and show off the best of a destination. Mexico, with its incredible diversity and improving infrastructure, makes that both exciting and possible. I’ve been in the MICE industry for many years, and what I enjoy most is bringing together our traditions and modern experiences in a way that people really connect with.
2. What motivates you in your work?
What really motivates me is creating events that leave a lasting impression while showcasing the local culture in an authentic way. I love seeing people connect with a destination in new and meaningful ways—it keeps me inspired to try fresh ideas. Making sure every detail comes together smoothly is what makes the work so rewarding for me.

Clients often tell me they really enjoyed experiencing the destination while everything ran smoothly. They value when programs go beyond expectations, combining authenticity, creativity, and excellent service. Hearing that they noticed the attention to detail and thoughtful storytelling is always very rewarding.
